Each of us is unique, and each of us is part of a whole. I offer body and energy therapies, which will meet you where you are, and take you to a place of more ease in the body, more spaciousness in the mind and more openness in the heart….a space and an opportunity to come home to oneself.
The body never lies; it is our doorway of perception and reception. The Integrative Bodywork I offer bridges therapies from East and West. I listen to you and to your body through proprioception and kinesthetics –providing a place for people to fall into healing, a place to let go of all that restricts, or blocks or is stagnating, a space to unfold and evolve into the fullness of the potential life is offering.
Just a few of the body work and therapeutic services I offer are:
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, light touch therapy which releases tensions deep within the body. It is beneficial to relieve pain and dysfunction and to improve the health and well-being of the whole body, mind and spirit.
Using a soft touch, restrictions are found and released in structure, soft tissues, and energy body. CranioSacral Therapy is an excellent preventive health modality, renowned for its ability to vitalize the immune system and bolster resistance to disease. It is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
Rose is gifted with healing hands. For over twenty years I have enjoyed and benefited from her touch. Many of my patients also see Rose on a regular basis and find that their healing progresses more rapidly due to her skilled and heartfelt work.

During the past 7 years, these are just some of the problems I have asked Rose to help me overcome. Appreciation of her diverse skills is best achieved by working with Rose in an ongoing and consistent fashion to maintain a health body and mind.”

It is known that touch is essential to life intentioned touch, as in Integrative Bodywork and Craniosacral Therapy, provide numerous benefits to enhance health and to help us grow and develop as human beings.
In fact, Craniosacral Therapy is the lens through which I listen to your body and being. It is how I sense and feel where your body and your energy may be restricted, congested, blocked or imbalanced. Your body will also signal me through kinesthetic proprioception what form or modality it will respond to to facilitate the release of those restrictions, congestions, blocks or imbalances. The forms and therapies may include Craniosacral therapy itself, Jin Shin Acupressure, Massage and Myofascial Release, Somato Emotional Release, Voice Dialogue, Body Energetics, Movement Awareness, Active Isolated Stretching, Reiki, Essence Recovery, or Core Shamanism.
“I’ve known, and been deeply touched by Rose, for nearly 20 years. “Massage” is woefully insufficient to describe the magic she works during a bodywork session. “Rebalanced,” “rejuvenated,” “transformed,” come to mind regarding how I feel after being under her care for the 90 minutes that seems to pass in the blink of an eye. It’s as spiritual an experience as it is physical, and I felt it the first time she worked on me. As I floated out of that room, my immediate response, after having been in something of a trance, was,” What did you do to me?! WOW!” I still feel that way, 20 years later. She is a remarkable healer.”
